Ingredients: Free Range Whole Egg (pasteurised)
Conversion: 1kg Free Range whole egg mix is equivalent to 18-19 grade 7 eggs
Storage And Shelf Life: Shelf life 24 months from the date of manufacture. Store frozen at -18°C or below. Thaw under controlled conditions, store chilled between 2°C – 4°C and use within 7 days.
Microbial Tests: APC, Total Coliforms, E Coli, Salmonella
Uses: All general baking applications
